By submitting pictures, you agree to the following terms:
- You are the copyright owner of the picture, or you have authority from the copyright owner to agree with the terms and conditions, or the picture is in the public domain
- The pictures were legally attained, and are not illegal to possess under United States of America and North Carolina laws
- You grant ThreeLeaf.com and John Marsh Photography a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, display, and sell the picture and any works derived from the picture

Note these additional terms:
- Please include your e-mail address or other contact information with your request
- Hard copies and digital media will not be returned unless you specify otherwise
- Ship your photographs in damage-resistant mailers, and mark them "Photographs - do not bend"
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged postal mail, so please use a tracking number, and do not send your only copy of a picture
- We will contact you within five days of receiving your photographs with instructions on viewing your pictures
